MENTAL FITNESS – Let wonders happen in your Life


Have you ever questioned yourself why am I Sad and the other happy? If we delve deep inside the answer lies within us. The happiness quotient lies beneath our emotional and mental fitness.

Here in this blog I am answering briefly how to cope up your mental wellbeing, how to strengthen, flex and tone your mental muscles. Our mental health defines our effectiveness in our relationship,

To further nurture your personal relationship, nurturing  friendship that eventually leads and boosts our self confidence.

Miracle happens only when we start using & exercising our Mental Capabilities……

Or the strength of  Subconscious Mind….

If our Subconscious mind accepts the negativity around us it proceeds & manifests them that leads to various mental illness or involuntary auto disease like silence, Fear, anxiety, worry, phobia, panic and depression!!

According to latest WHO Mental Health Data 2017- close to 800000 people suicide every year, means 1 person every 40 second.


Our physical inertia always favours mental passivity. Let your mind control your body and the environment your surrounded not vice versa.

There are various techniques for mental wellbeing.

1) Restoration of Memory

2) overcoming  Temper

3) Assumption & the power of positivity.

4) Acceptance of change

Like Life proceeds Death

All formed things change and pass

The Pyramids of Egypt are bygone things.

Acceptance of change removes anxiety.


In a nutshell there are 4 basic quality to be fulfilled for a BALANCED MIND

1) Mental Strength

2) Mental Flexibility

3) Mental Endurance

4) Mental Coordination



According to me our daily habits should include

1) Solving a crossword puzzle

2) Studying a different text

3) Visualising a friend’s face

4) Continuing a sequence of 2,4,8,16…so on

5) Recalling Memory

6) Writing/ Learning new words

7) Playing a video game


Our mind works like SYLLOGISM. We have the power to choose. Choose Happiness, Joy over Sorrow. Our conscious mind is the WATCHMAN AT GATE.

Let only great thoughts enter the jargon. Throw the junk outside……

Always remember we are the Captain of our Soul of our Mental health.

Choose  HEALTH
